Will Package

$600 individual; $1200 per couple

Includes:

  • Last Will and Testament: Provides clear instructions on how you want your assets distributed after you pass.
  • Durable Power of Attorney: Appoints someone to handle your financial matters if you are ever unable to do so yourself.
  • Healthcare Power of Attorney: Authorizes someone to make medical decisions on your behalf if you are incapacitated.
  • Living Will or Advanced Care Directive: Communicates your wishes regarding end-of-life medical treatment.
  • HIPAA Release Form: Grants permission for your chosen individual(s) to access your private medical information.

Trust Package

$2,250.00 individual, $3,500 per couple

Includes:

  • Revocable Living Trust: Allows you to manage your assets during your lifetime and ensures a smooth transfer to your beneficiaries after death - avoiding the probate process.
  • Certificate of Trust: a shortened version of a trust agreement. It verifies the existence and key details of a trust without disclosing all the private terms of the full trust document. The certificate assures third parties (like banks, title companies, or financial institutions) that the trust is valid and that the trustee(s) have authority to act — without revealing sensitive information like beneficiaries or asset distributions.
  • Pour-Over Will: Directs that any assets not already in your Trust at the time of your passing be transferred into the Trust, ensuring all assets are properly handled.
  • Durable Power of Attorney

  • HIPAA Release Form
  • Deed: Transfers ownership of your primary residence into the Trust. Note: Additional properties incur additional deed and recording fees.
